Cooking Method

🧺 Steaming (Recommended)
1. Do not defrost.
2. Place siu mai in a steamer lined with parchment or cabbage leaves.
3. Steam over boiling water for 8–10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
4. Serve hot with soy sauce, chili oil, or vinegar.
