Cooking Method

❄Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below.

🍳 Pan-Frying (Recommended):
1. No need to thaw.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Place gyoza flat side down and fry until golden brown (about 2–3 minutes).
4. Add 4–5 tbsp of water, cover with a lid, and steam for 5–6 minutes.
5. Remove lid and cook until bottoms are crisp again.
