Description
Made with fresh chicken and crafted by traditional Hong Kong dim sum techniques, each Siu Mai is handmade to retain the original flavor of the meat. Juicy and tender with every bite, it's perfect for snacks, breakfast, or party treats.

Ingredients
Chicken 68%, wheat flour 7%, potato starch, shiitake, sugar, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), water chestnut, sesame oil, gluten, soy sauce (water, soybean, salt, wheat flour), salt, ginger, rice wine (rice, wheat, colorant E150a), flavour enhancer E621, oyster sauce (oyster extract, salt, modified corn starch), pepper, fish powder, acidity regulator E500ii, emulsifier (E451i, E452ii), concentrate (apple, safflower, lemon).

Cooking Method
Storage:
❄ Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
🧺 Steaming (Recommended):
1. Do not need to defrost.
2. Place siu mai in a steamer lined with parchment paper.
3. Steam over boiling water for 12–15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
4. Serve hot with soy sauce, chili oil, or vinegar.
