Cooking Method
Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
🍲 Boiling (Recommended):
1. Thaw slightly under cold water if desired for easier handling.
2. Heat the sour soup base and add water until boiling.
3. Add fish fillets with vegetable and simmer for 5–6 minutes.
(You can add your own side dish in the broth as chinees cabbage or enoki mushroom...)
4. Ensure fillets are fully cooked and tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy the fiery taste.
