Ingredients
Ingredients: Marinated beef (200g): beef, water, potato starch, soy sauce (water, soybean, salt, wheat flour), salt, sugar, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), oyster sauce (oyster extract, salt, modified corn starch, colorant E150a), sesame oil, flavour enhancer E621, acidity regulator E500(ii), anise, fennel, pepper, cinnamon, ginger.
Season vegetables.
Spicy sauce: soybean oil (non-GMO), palm oil, broad bean paste (chili, broad bean, salt, water, wheat flour, rapeseed oil), pickled vegetable (red pepper, ginger, millet chili), chili, ginger, flavor enhancer (E621, E635), salt, yeast extract, garlic, sugar, spices, Sichuan pepper, flavouring.

Cooking Method
❄Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
🍲 Boiling (Recommended):
1. Thaw beef slices under refrigeration if preferred.
2. Bring spicy saus base to a boil.
3. Add beef slices and vegetables
4. Simmer for mi7-8 minutes until just cooked and tender.
5. Serve hot, topped with spring onion or coriander for extra punch.
