Cooking Method

Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
🍲 Boiling (Recommended):
1. Thaw the frozen fish under refrigeration for 10-15 min.
2. Prepare a big pan
3. Gently place the fish into the pan.
4. Simmer for 10–12 minutes until the fish is thoroughly cooked and tender.
5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
